salted butter
softened, 113 grams

minced garlic

fresh parsley

mozzarella cheese

parmesan cheese

Instructions
Combine the softened butter, garlic, and fresh parsley in a small bowl.
½ cup salted butter

2 Tablespoons minced garlic
,
2 Tablespoons fresh parsley
Cut one loaf of the Sourdough French Bread or Sourdough Discard French Bread lengthwise.
Spread the garlic butter and cheese over the loaf.
1½ cup mozzarella cheese

½ cup parmesan cheese
Bake at 425℉ on a sheet pan for 10 minutes. Broil for 2 minutes until lightly browned on top.
Notes
If you don't have fresh parsley, you can use a teaspoon of Italian seasoning or dried parsley.
Every oven broil is different, so make sure to watch your homemade garlic bread closely so it doesn't burn.
Use freshly shredded cheese for the best melt.
If using unsalted butter, add salt to taste.
